All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted, one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Care Instructions

Each piece is made from clay and should be handled with care. Avoid exposure to water, moisture, perfumes, and lotions. Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising. When not worn, store gently in a dry place.
